Don’t know how they are so great? I had multiple back surgeries couple of years back , my doc send him my medications and he refused to give them to me. I bet cus I’m in my 40’s dark Latino and he’s being bias maybe of my age ect since they deal with old people, I now had neck surgery my doc send him my meds and same issue he won’t give them to me. Done with Vims moving on to another Pharmacy!!
The staff is fantastic. They are professional, personal, well-educated and helpful. I have never seen the level of customer service that you get at Vim in a chain pharmacy. I have been going here for five years and have never had any problems.
I cannot say enough good things about this place and the lovely people who work here. I’m kicking myself for going to the big chain for a few years before I tried Vim. The quality of customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy. Support local independent pharmacies!!!
